As manufacturing advances into the era of precision and ultra-precision engineering, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) have become essential testing equipment in modern factories. However, during operation, these high-precision devices can generate vibrations that transmit to the floor or slab, potentially compromising measurement accuracy and equipment longevity.

To address this challenge, the engineers at Anlijing recommended the use of air spring damping isolators. These isolators reduce vibration transmission through compressed air, while four damping cylinders increase lateral damping and significantly enhance the stability of the isolation system. As a result, the vibration issues caused by CMM operation were successfully resolved, ensuring the high-precision measurement performance of the equipment.
